Good point I havn't read on here, I can hold the pro one hand and action button is in middle of my thumb with a mous case, perfect if it's your camera. Max would have to use 2 hands, and I am 6"3 with good sized hands.

iPhone 15 Pro Max Who regrets their iPhone 15 Pro max

I decided to try the 15 Plus and find this to be the best option for me. I suppose I am fortunate in that my eyes adjust to 60Hz almost immediately. I notice it when I have it, but don't notice when I don't for some reason. Anyway, that basically leaves the camera differences and I am ok with them. What I love about the Plus is the lighter weight that feels so evenly distributed given the much smaller camera system and camera bump. For me that is a worthy trade-off but I understand 120Hz, always on display, and 5x camera are deal breakers for others. I am a PWM sufferer and as of now, the Plus is not being easy on my eyes. If this continues, I will see if the Max is better (I believe it was) and if it is, I will happily deal with the weight and use it as my daily driver.
your "one size fits all approach" is simply ridiculous, peoples needs change all the time and its none of your business frankly!
That action button is so badly placed, I keep hitting it instead of the volume up button.
I didn't even think of this so I just went out to check and lo and behold my 15 PM didn't fit in my car charging mat either-maybe it's a sign.... LOL. I was leaning towards keeping the PM and returning the Pro and now I am thinking of doing the opposite. I'm really surprised that a factory installed car charging mat is not large enough to accommodate a large phone...I mean, it's not like larger phones are anything new. My car is a 2019 Mini Cooper for the record.
Mad isn’t it. 2018 Golf here. It’ll just about slide in there without the case, but with the case on it’s a nope. Doesn’t bother me too much for now, I only really use it on long journeys which isn’t all that often. Still annoying though!
Same-will almost fit without the case and I rarely embark on really long driving trips...good thing the PM gets such good battery life!
I had the pro, returned it because of the battery life. Finally got a 15 Pro max, and the difference is night and day. You get used to the bigger screen and the titanium makes it lighter than last year‘s model.So has anybody who was/is undecided reached a conclusion on going Pro or PM? The return deadline for me is tomorrow so time to make the big decision. Still going back and forth.
I have been going back and forth for two years 13 Pro/Pro Max and 14 Pro/Pro Max and now the 15s. Never had a Max until the 13. Wish I had never picked it up two years ago. Common sense choice for me would be the Pro. More comfortable, easier to use, save $200. For some reason, I spend less time on my phone when I use the Pro as well. Not a bad thing.
The lighter PM this year has made the decision even more difficult though. I have the Natural 15 PM and have 2 more days myself to decide. The Natural is another small dilemma. Always had black. Black just never gets old and always looks sleek/classy.
I have been reluctant (understatement) to commit to the Pro Max thinking I'll grow tired of the size. That probably didn't help at all but just know you are not the only one going back forth.

So, here's an update. I've booked a meeting with Apple Store to return the 15PM for the 15Pro, I thought I'd just try the Pro for a couple of week and then I'll decide if I keep it or switch back to the Pro Max.
As I was waiting for my turn I had another look at the Pro next to the Pro Max and just couldn't do it, I didn't want the Pro lol. It felt like an iPhone 4 in my hand. I just didn't want it, I wanted the Pro Max despite all the practical technical disadvantages my gut said just go with the Pro Max. And so I did, when my turn came I only returned the silicon case in exchange for the new finewoven which is thiner and easier to get in and out of pockets.
So now my mind is at ease, I went with the Pro Max and that's that. "I have spoken".

Congrats! I did just the opposite and finally decided on the 15 Pro...just got back from dropping the PM off for the return. I have to say though, that I almost backed out and kept it. But every time I pick up the Pro 15 there's this "ahh" factor that the PM just didn't have. I will miss that wonderful screen and that 5x lens though. This is the most difficult decision I've ever made regarding an iPhone. Bottom line is you really can't go wrong with either one.

Yes! Actually both made me happy…that’s why I was having such a hard time deciding. Not gonna lie…I am missing that large display and I nearly turned around and left but I was just tired of the indecision. 🤪

Yep. I totally get that.
That’s the only thing I miss about the max - it’s a gorgeous piece of tech for sure. That display is stunning. But gosh the pro is just so easy to use.
Honestly, I’ve still beaten myself up on whether I should’ve just gone with a regular 15 when I returned my pro (dang I love the colors), but I’m afraid to give up my macro camera.
I’ve decided as well. Keeping the 15 Pro Max but exchanging the Natural for Black.
I have a 14 pro from a 13 max, when I got around to looking in store the 15 pro just looked too small in size now.
Ordered black max 512gb, looking forward to a max again with same weight as my 14 pro.

Good call buddy. I asked the Apple Store person which was the most popular colour and which is least, she said natural is most and blue is least. I thought blue looked alright but looks like people didn’t like it.
