Ah yes I had the Cherry Chouffe on tap recently in Europe. Heavy cherry flavor but quite tasty and refreshing. Perhaps a tad on the sweet side, just a bit, but its a nice beer to have on a warm evening on the terrace looking out on the street scenes.Sounds gorgeous.
When I bought the McChouffe, I pursued their website, as I hadn't bought some of their beers in ages.
Apparently, they produced a sour cherry beer (Cherry Chouffe) last year; must see if I can lay hands on a few bottles; done properly, (as Mikkeller does, and, I suspect, as Achouffe themselves would also do) this could be superb.

I associate rochefort with bleu cheese.
