Well actually what was said about the Apple pencil is true every bit.[doublepost=1510694098][/doublepost]
But you also said:
"I don’t need a stylus but an Apple Pencil essentially does what the stylus does with the ability to interact with the screen in a much finer way."
Which just isn't even remotely true, not one bit.
I'm not saying you are derailing this thread because, let's be honest here, what thread doesn't become derailed here?
But, was responding to widgeteer's reply to me about my reply to you, which should have been obvious that the comparison was being made between the Apple pen and the S-pen from the Note, hence the title of the topic.

Oh well in that case, I think Malibu Stacey is more advanced than Barbie, but you know, it's just thier opinion.......

Ah, i place the blame squarely on....doesn’t matter does it.See what you started! You might as well have lit a match and threw it in a bucket of gasoline.
If you started this, then I have to apologize for widgeteer for saying they did.
Of course anything can be compared. But you are comparing a more robust device... the Apple Pencil... which was designed for a tablet. Samsung makes a competing pen, that they sell with the Galaxy Book. Either of these would be terrible on a phone, because they are way to big; and you would likely never use a phone to do the kinds of things they were designed to do on tablets. The S-pen works well because its the one you have with you all the time... much like the camera in your smartphone is with you and does the job vs. hauling around a DSLR all the time.
I only brought up the pencil iPhone integration because the op brought up the spen. I can see people carrying it around.
As far as smartphone vs dslr, that topic has been beaten. But you’re correct; a potentially lousy picture is better than none at all.
