In the address bar for safari it says: 'Go to this address' when no address is in it.
Cant remember if it said that before or not?

One thing that bugs me is that when I turn off 3G and then reboot or turn on/off my phone, it automatically turns the 3G on. This is annoying.

Only thing I have to point out about 5.1 really, as for the rest, loving it!

If I'm listening to a podcast, if I press the power button on top to lock the phone the audio cuts out for a split second. Also happens when you swipe to unlock the phone. Only happens when listening to podcasts. Seems to be a glitch. VERY annoying.

Also, chapter titles in podcasts don't show up anymore. I made a thread regarding this issue and can be found here:

No sound glitch here on a 4S. Not sure about podcast chapter titles.

I found the Airplane mode one the most useful. They should incorporate that into the status bar.

That has been around for ages. In other apps, such as Twitter, you get a # in its place.

I noticed the keyboard shortcuts are now in alphabetical order!

And searchable? I can't remember that being there before.

Didn't it show the photo full-screen before? Like wallpaper.

If they're an Exchange contact, it's always done this.

If you mean on iPad, that's not new.

If you mean on iPhone, please tell me how to switch it on.

This has been an issue (at least for me) for as long as I've had an iPhone.

Apologies if this has been mentioned, but I did look and couldn't find it.

At LONG last, the Find Friends App shows the distances in miles (for me, located in the UK anyway).

Seeing the distances shown in km always bugged me

It shouldn't turn itself on again even on a mac.. otherwise how would we enter DFU mode while connected?
