Oh, I'm sure that every delivery service has lost packages in the course of the delivery. Based on many decades with UPS deliveries I can honestly say 100% of lost packages, late deliveries, or the run-off-with-the-package-even-though-you're-home-then-lie-and-say-a-delivery-was-attempted have rested solely with UPS. I've NEVER (fingers crossed) had a negative delivery experience with Fed Ex and always found them to be reliable, efficient and prompt with all deliveries (to me).

) and (according the UPS rep) will be in the U.S. this Thursday. She even went as far to say it would be delivered Thursday after clearing customs . . . which I do not believe unless donkeys fly

She did say that Thursday was an estimate so no need to hang her out to dry on that one
