Is the bottom bezel smaller?? 
Bixby button looks like it's still there. Let us program it! That button could turn into an advantage of you'd just let us program it to what we want.

It would look more in line with the circular camera sensors, too.
I think the best dual camera + back FPS design is still the V30.

Agreed the sensor is too close in the rendering. Curious as to Qualcomms update timeline, we do not need anymore 835 flagship smartphones.

Learn to not respond like a jerk to a simple question. When you said you would rather have a notch like the one on the Essential than this, it was not apparent what you were referring to. The top bezel? The design of phone in general? Some other specific feature(s)? It was not clear. The issue was certainly not my reading comprehension.
I meant why are there two ratings? Seems like it's IP65 or IP68. Isn't the S8 already IP68? What's the 65 for?
If a phone has a notch it's an instant no buy for me.
Notches are hideous, I'd much rather have a bit of bezel.
If all phones go the notch way, I guess I'm stuffed.

I'm also in the "never a notch" group. I normally prefer symmetrical bezels, but the leaked S9 photo looks good to me. It looks much better than a notch like iPhone X or Essential.
Lol, they wouldn't remove the headphone jack.
This leak is far too early to be final to.
No, the only person who is responding like a jerk are you. It's your fault for not reading properly. And everyone knows that if we talk about the Essential phone it's about the way they have implemented the screen. Because that's what stood out in the design.
Yeah, that's exactly my feeling too. My biggest worry about the iPhone X notch is that other manufacturers will think it's OK to do exactly the same thing and all handsets will start having these ridiculous notches in them
I could just about cope with a notch in portrait mode, but landscape is ridiculous with a notch and it really would annoy me
Hopefully if other manufacturers do start adding them they will at least give the option of hiding it in a soft bezel
I doubt Samsung would remove the headphone jack and have any type of notch at the same time, that would be too much to bear for Samsung fans. Look how Samsung consumers reacted to the removal of the SD slot.
