Which of the tmobile Twitter accounts is that one? The main one seems to just send out memes.

You want to use @TMobileHelp for anything customer service related. I think this is my preferred way of contacting them for help unless it's something urgent (then I'd call in).

I called about a half dozen local stores and none got a single iPhone 12 pro delivered yesterday and do not have an idea when they will

Gotcha, yeah I'm still waiting on pre-orders online. I'm off next week from work so I'll see about calling my local stores, since I'm thinking about switching colors.

The only good thing about ordering from Apple is the way you can easily track your iPhone all the way from China.... but Apple pre-order dates always seem to slip the fastest.... while I have never had issue getting a phone at launch via T-Mobile. The only exception was the iPhone 7.... Jet Black... that took more than a month to get... but that was because iPhone 7 was a really constrained launch.... and the polishing process they had to do for the Jet Black.

Somehow I got my Jet Black 7 on launch day through T-Mobile (I bumped storage just to get a better order date), but my 256GB 12 Pro in Pacific Blue is a no show with a 10/24-11/2 window.

Does anyone know the most efficient way to move service to the eSIM in the phone? Is there a self service way to do it, or do I need to contact a customer service rep? Is there a charge to make the switch?
 
Nateatlarge did the same thing - he activated the 5G eSIM on his 12 - had to pay $10 plus tax for a SIM charge from T-Mobile.

My ship date for both phone we’re by 10/23... both phone were charged on Thursday as well... only one phone delivered while the other is unknown. 😭😭😭 hopefully early next week. Twitter staff did mentioned they were on back order and when I asked about the other phone... they said it’s already boxed up and ready for ups... but I think that’s all lies since I never saw any activities from that tracking number or order status on tmobile app.

That was my response from the rep on Twitter too. I need bugging them since Thursday because one order shipped, while the other order still shown as “pre-order”... mine you these orders were just few mins apart. I think they’re not being straight forward since I did not see any status update on both order status and ups (received the tracking since Monday, and charged on Thursday).
 
what are you guys getting as speed on 5g? I was in Boston and it was 30mbs

probably will visit family in NYC next week. In CT I get 5mbs

thought 5gb was suppose to be 100+

Depends on the carrier, how many 5G towers are in your area, how far away, which 5G band (low, mid, mm Wave), etc...

At this time, T Mobile leads the 5G coverage. VZW & ATT are very minimal and only in major urban cities.

Went about a half mile from my apartment(only 1-2 bars LTE max) where I get full bards of 5G and pulled 160 down and 40 up.
 
Soooo. I decided to cancel my 12 Pro order and try my luck with the Max on the 6th. I wasn’t set to get my Pro until 11/12, so hopefully I get my order in on 11/6 early enough to get delivery around the same time. TMO was very helpful via text as far as canceling my 12P order. :)

I have a Pro case already too. I’ll just save it for when I get my mom a replacement for her 8 Plus. She has a few months left on her lease. Hope I don’t lose the case by then. 😂
 
Just got charged for my 2nd iPhone 12 pro I ordered like 2 hours after pre-order opened. I ordered silver but I’m hoping my local stores has graphite.

I don’t understand last week when I checked on my iPhone 11 Pro on T-mobile LTE I got 154 down and 50 up. I don’t have the iPhone 12 yet waiting for the mini but I don’t get it 5G should be at least 300 down. Hopefully when I get my mini it will be faster than LTE or I will just turn it off to save battery life.

I live few miles outside of Boston and I haven’t broken 100 on 5G. My lte is pretty much the same or better here.
 
Been driving around Atlanta with mine and Im seeing 150-250 pretty consistently, better than anything I ever got with LTE for sure.
