So... I checked my Order Status on T-Mobile and it still shows as "ship by 10/23" and nothing on the UPS tracking... so I contacted T-Mobile over twitter (this is the fourth day i been bugging them about my order), adn finally the rep is going escalate the issues and contact the warehouse dept to see what's going on with my package... it's weird because an IMEI number is assigned already, but no movement on the package... I should hear from them by Friday on what's going on... ugh!

yes I went ahead and cancelled through Tmobile. With the $50 credit I'm going to try the max through Tmobile one more time. I think the extra battery and camera will be worth it!
Have you tried alerting Chase a day or two before ordering that you will be placing the order with tmobile?

I used to work for a bank in customer service, and people would call in to let us know when they were going to make a purchase that was out of the ordinary for them, or if they were going to make a large purchase. We would place a note on their account so that the purchase wouldn’t be declined.

Don’t know if you’ve done this or not, but it could be helpful in preventing your purchase from being declined.

So... I had that same issue when the 7+ launched. I got the run around for 2 weeks and found out my phone was sitting in the UPS warehouse in KY. I had to reach out on Twitter to Legere who connected me to the right person who had my phone shipped overnight and gave me a credit on my account.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience! I think my order is similiar to your issues... But for mines... UPS has not scanned the package (I checked tracking, and it's still waiting to get pick up)... and the T-Mo reps kept saying that the package is ready for UPS to pick up for a couple days straight... which is strange... because I would've think that UPS would come by and pick up the packages from T-Mobile daily... or at least on the weekday...

With that being said, I hope it's still within T-Mobile warehouse, instead the UPS warehouse...

Hi! Thanks! I will contact them to see if they can help, but I'll wait until I hear back from the rep who's currently helping me right now... they're supposed to email me directly (both the rep and the warehouse staff) regarding the order status.

I’m thinking about ordering now beater somehow I’m eligible for Jump, even though I wasn’t ever on it. Shipping times are showing December. Does T-Mobile normally under promise and over deliver?

Depends on the model and configuration, but I know t-mobile is more backordered than usual. I would say the earliest would be early December if you would order today.

I guess $370+$150 through Apple isn't terrible and no 30 months of credits... hmm
Contact @art_lucero on twitter. He will have someone from the presidents office contact you and they have ways to bump your order back up to the top.

T-Mobile fans - the TMO iPhone 12 Pro has finally arrived - 12 days after pre-ordering the 12 Pro in Pacific Blue!

Notice the return trade in box was also received at the same time.

Does anyone know how the trade in values work? It’s showing $240 value for my XS even though promo is $500. Is that the actual value and TMO just covers the diff out their pocket?

You have to sign up for their 30 month EIP bill credits.

If TMO does not have the best rates, consider using Apple.com trade in plus the $150 digital Mastercard rebate from TMO.

And slight correction it has updated to 10/28-10/30. Point being that I have been charged and there is a change. I expect 9t to arrive tomorrow or Friday now.
I originally ordered a 12 Pro Graphite 128 a week ago, had a 11/10 - 11/16 shipping date. Mine also switched yesterday to 10/28-10/30, shows in ups a delivery date of 11-02.

I was told the trade in value would show up immediately as a credit and the difference would be broke up into the 30 bill credits.

Mine still says 11/10-11/16. The same credit card is used for TMo billing, so it should work. They did charge +1 and the -1 cent when I placed the order on 10/17.

Should I call TMo and ask if they can send earlier?
