Well, no, but "white" doesn't sound as cool as silver. Is the "Silver" iPhone 12 Pro actually silver? It looks super WHITE to me. Maybe my monitor is off? But it doesn't look silver at all.....

Yeah, they definitely asked for a lot down. I traded in a 6 Plus too, so that was my first taste of an unsubsidized iPhone purchase. Are you getting Pacific Blue?

Does anyone remember what the iphone 11 pre order was like? did you do it online, or did you have to call and speak to a rep?
From past pre-orders I always called in 2-5 minutes before pre-orders went live, spoke to a rep and gave them all of my information, received a confirmation email within a few minutes and a EIP email in a few hours and still managed to receive my device on launch day except for the 7+ which came a month later with the help of T-Mobile executives and a credit to my account.
Hey @DiokUnlocks and @1080p . You ready for the next generation of iPhone?
Here we go again. Strap in boys and girls. Get ready for:
With that said, I’m getting ready for that iPhone 12 Pro Max in Blue, BABY!
- Rep misinformation on JOD pricing (Am I in the Super premium platinum credit tier or the peasant tier?)
- Waking up at 3:00am Eastern and talking to a rep who barely knew the phone was releasing
- Rep misinformation on shipping times (don’t forget to get it overnighted for free)
- Checking the shipping status every minute (label created?!!? Origin scan!)
- Trying to guess when each batch flies in from China to Alaska to Kentucky
- Learning about Shipper/Delivery logistics (X pallets + Impatience - time = iPhone 12 to my home)
- Getting upset when people who order Saturday afternoon get it the same day or sooner than you
- Forgetting about this thread once your phone is delivered
I mean, they are a telephone company.Bless you, my fellow TMO folks, who are still upgrading through their outdated system. I wish you all the best lol.
I have an 11 pro, on JOD, so hoping it's no down payment to go to 12 pro, if I decide to. I am pretty happy with this phone, but I am an iPhone addict, so who knows..Seeing the last few Samsung pre-orders on JOD with downpayments, I'm almost afraid to see what downpayment will be like on JOD this year. I'm hoping the same as last year, but have fears they may be large seeing the current trend. The prices are pretty close to last years, so one would hope the downpayment would be between zero & 150 based on model.
I mean, they are a telephone company.
When I was working for Bell in the early to mid 2000s my desk handled the hospital phone line connect/disconnect. So when you checked into the hospital and wanted the phone to work, you dialed me and I ssh'd into some ancient system to enable the phone circuit. I would then connect to another, totally separate, terminal style window and link it to your home phone account so that it was billed on your monthly statement. Everything they used was put in place decades before that.
I just got the following from T-Force regarding JUMP! On Demand. Please take it with a grain of salt and understand that last year there were several versions of pricing coming from T-Force so this may change/be wrong:
"For the iPhone 12 64GB, the down payment for well qualified customers would be $79.99 and then $30.00 each month for 18 months. For the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB, the down payment for well qualified customers would be $249.99 and then $28.00 each month for 18 months."
"The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will be available for pre-order starting at 5:00 a.m. PT/8:00 a.m. ET October 16, 2020 and for purchase beginning October 23, 2020. The iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available for pre-order starting at 5:00 a.m. PT/8:00 a.m. ET November 6, 2020 and for purchase beginning November 13, 2020."
Sounds about right. My 11 Pro was also $249.99 down which was never the case with the previous iPhones. I’m guessing the 12 mini could be in the range of $0-50 down if the regular 12 is $79.99. Kind of hating these prices as someone who Jumps every iPhone release and have a little over $300 left to pay off, it would make more sense to pay it and keep the device if I paid that much just to lease it. Jump isn’t exactly amazing as it used to be.I just got the following from T-Force regarding JUMP! On Demand. Very true about the grain of salt. In an hour, another rep will tell you something different. ”sorry that was the well qualified pricing. For super extra special qualified pricing, it’s $XXX.99

My 11 Pro was ~$120 down last year on JOD. Did you happen to get the base model or extra storage? It probably also depends on when you ordered. Hope the pricing stays the same. $250 is on the high side for JOD. And agreed that JOD has lost it’s luster over the years.Sounds about right.
