Yep, I just clicked that and I'm seeing the same message now. Hopefully that means it will ship out soon.do you have a link below "cancel and support" asking "why can't I make changes?"

was that message there before? i can't rememberYep, I just clicked that and I'm seeing the same message now. Hopefully that means it will ship out soon.
But, when I click on the cancel link/button it's allowing me to proceed to cancel my order. Hmmm.do you have a link below "cancel and support" asking "why can't I make changes?"
Seems like it would navigate to a new page explaining the reasons it might not be allowing it to be cancelled.was that message there before? i can't remember
I have had that message for about a week now (screenshot below). If you click cancel and support options, you get options of "this item won't arrive in time," among others. I don't know if it would actually allow you to cancel or not at this point.was that message there before? i can't remember
The "Cancel & Support Options" is still enabled but the other two buttons are disabled. The link "Why can't I make changes?" is probably referring to the two that are disabled.I have had that message for about a week now (screenshot below). That one actually comes and goes for me. One minute it's enabled and the next it's disabled. It's kind of odd."making shipping changes" is disabled for you?
Yes, you can still cancel as I did during the CDW hallucinations maybe two days ago.I have had that message for about a week now (screenshot below). Yep, but it has looked exactly like this for a week."making shipping changes" is disabled for you?
Again, I wouldn't put anything past them. I thought that is what was happening with my Airpods Max (which followed this exact same scenario - buttons greyed out, can't cancel) - and then it went to backordered on the day it was supposed to ship and remained there for almost three weeks.i think shipping must be imminent. AT&T and Verizon started shipping this afternoon.....why would best buy not do the same?
They sent me an email 2 weeks ago that I would get my order by Fri 5/21When did your order say it would ship? Mine said it would ship by 5/24 and my order hasn't updated yet.
Yup! The issue right now… is there’s so much uncertainty going on right now. Then you add on to the fact.. that Best Buy can be sketchy when it comes to shipping products. I mean, I kind of knew that when ordering. But the way they handled next generation consoles… I applaud them.Again, I wouldn't put anything past them. Yeah, I'm not happy about it either.Wow not ONE iPad is shipping from Best Buy????
im not cancelling but it will be a looooong time before I buy anything from them again.
Huh?On the iMac forum, the planes with the M1 iMacs just started flying out from Memphis & Louisville to major cities...
Maybe your iPads are on it too ??

Ahh yes, Bestbuy does charge a $45 restocking fee on the cellular iPads, I totally forgot about that.Yeah, that makes sense. I’m just trying to understand why there’s no progress on preorders.
I’m curious about restocking fees on unlocked cellular iPads… is there a restocking fee on that? I understand a restocking fee on smartphones, but none on prepaid smartphone.
Even if they're factory sealed/unopened?Ahh yes, Bestbuy does charge a $45 restocking fee on the cellular iPads, I totally forgot about that.
Yep, Some stores may waive them but in general we are supposed to.Even if they're factory sealed/unopened?
Well, my email said “shipped by 5/21” yet nothing has shipped according to my BB order.
